Lois recently retired from a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee appointment that served the people of southwest Idaho since early 1999. She also is a licensed real estate agent and received her Legal Assistant’s Training from the University of California at San Diego – Extension. Prior to 1999, she worked for First Security Leasing Company as a Small Ticket Leasing Officer. She trained the branch employees on the equipment leasing products.
Her expertise with secured transactions, budgeting and dealing with red tape will help her clients through the loan process from start to finish.
Lois lives in Horseshoe Bend with her husband and a bunch of horses, dogs, cats and Koi. Together they raised three wonderful children.
Lois can assist buyers from first time buyers to well seasoned experienced investors.
